A few days in the cabin, March 2022 First day
I came up with public transport. Here through "Swiss Grand Canyon..." Here it is, our cabin! Not much snow left... ...but across the valley, there still is plenty. Great! the fountain works with our springwater - last time we where here it was frozen... Our snowdrops are already in blossom! Wild flowers are also about Getting ready to cook my dinner on the outdoor-stove Cubes of beef; onions and garlik in oil Now a good amount of red wine... Two to three spoonful of flour makes sure the stock gets the proper consistency Put the lid on it and simmer for more than one hour Then spoil yourself with mashed potatoes! and of course a drop of wine!
